As a GP-owned practice in the heart of Redland Bay, we deliver exceptional primary care to our patients and local community. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our close-knit team.

About the Position

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all administrative and operational aspects of the practice, including staff management, patient flow, and financial management

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to optimise practice efficiency and patient satisfaction

  • Liaising with healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

  • Analysing practice data and identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Providing leadership and direction to the administrative team

  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a healthcare practice management role

  • Strong understanding of medical practice operations, including patient scheduling, billing and compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders

  • Proficient in using medical practice management software (Best Practice) and data analysis tools

  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving practice efficiency
