If you find yourself unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you contact our reception team at (07) 3829 2057 to cancel your appointment. By doing so, you will free up the time slot for someone else in need and assist us in maintaining an efficient appointment schedule.

Cancellation Fee and Failure to Attend

Non-attendance of your scheduled appointment may result in a 'Did Not Attend' fee of $50.00. Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without providing prior notice will have a record of such instances documented in their patient file, and their ability to schedule appointments at our medical practice may be revoked.
