  • We are a mixed-billing general practice. We bulk bill DVA card holders and patients under the age of 16 years. There will be a fee for all other patients. A concessional rate is available to government concession card holders (i.e. pension card, health care card and commonwealth seniors card holders).

  • As of 2023, we are no longer administering COVID-19 vaccinations. The closest provider is Redland Bay WholeLife Pharmacy, located across the road. They offer COVID-19 vaccinations.

  • In order to transfer your patient record to a new GP, we require a signed request form from your new general practice. There is a processing fee of $30 for us to collate, export and transfer your patient record to a new general practice. Please ask you new general practice to send us a patient record request form.

  • Depending on the outcome of the results a follow up appointment may not be necessary. Should the patient wish to discuss the results with the doctor a recall appointment may be scheduled. This consultation may incur a consultation fee.

  • If you require regular medical care, you may face higher medical expenses. Medicare Safety Nets can reduce your out-of-pocket costs. When your medical expenses exceed a certain amount within a calendar year, you may qualify for additional Medicare benefits. The Safety Nets are calculated annually from January 1st to December 31st.

    If you’re enrolled in Medicare, you’re eligible for Medicare Safety Nets. If you’re part of a family or couple you can combine your costs by registering as a family.
