Appointment and Reminders

We offer both in-person and telehealth consultations at our practice.

Reminders

We will send a reminder of your appointment 24 hours in advance to confirm your attendance. Please respond to the SMS message to acknowledge your appointment. In the event that you are unable to attend, we kindly request that you cancel your appointment so that we may accommodate another patient. Failure to attend your consultation may result in a fee. Telehealth Appointments

We are pleased to provide our patients with the convenience of telehealth appointments. However, in compliance with regulations, a Medicare rebate is only available for telehealth consultations to patients who have visited our practice for an in-person consultation within the past 12 months. If you are uncertain about the date of your last visit, we kindly request you to schedule your appointment by contacting our reception desk. If you require an telehealth appointment but have not attended the practice in the last 12 months you will not be eligible for Medicare rebate and will be charged the full fee.

If you are assisting someone during this appointment (e.g. parent assisting with child’s appointment) please ensure that the patient is in attendance for entire the appointment.
